Overview
Bulk Processing (or batch processing) is often looked at as an afterthought when building out an application. But when it comes time to go live, running through Data Migration, updating existing records, or extracting records to a Data Warehouse can often not just be a complicated, but also result in long outages in order to get through the operation. Stratosphere Bulk Processing is a highly configurable component that allows you to define what needs to be done, what records should be processed, how much of your Pega infrastructure can be used to get the job done, and when you want to perform the job.
Stratosphere Bulk Processing provides an easy-to-use interface to set up, run, and monitor your long-running tasks. It uses out-of-the-box Pega features to efficiently scale your processes across your infrastructure.
